Foleys - Kenmare

Nice pub with cozy ambiance. Service is good and everyone is friendly. Food is super tasty. We had fish and chips. It was crisp, very well cooked and mushy peas were flavoursome. We ended our dinner with custard and ice-cream which was lip-smacking. Would live to go there again

Went and got food here after a few hours travelling. Had a very rude and frustrated waitress. After the food came, a very small portion for amount paid, we started eating. The chips were very obviously reheated, I couldn't eat 2 of the 3 chicken tenders given because they were raw and chewy. A friend tried them and barely managed to eat 1 and he was starving. After I complained the bartender said she'd take some off the bill...only for that waitress to come over and stop her. Would not reccommend going here and won't be going again.

After a long day of exploring this lovely country we decided for dinner here. Unfortunately, we can't recommend coming here. The service was (with one very notable exception) slow and not friendly. The food needs way more love. The irish beef burger was stale and the pizza lacked a good portion of tomato sauce. Given that nothing was gross or inedible and the service did its job (kinda), we give 2 stars.

Lovely spot to stay in Kenmare. Really cosy rooms and a lovely friendly atmosphere in the place from the time we arrived. We had family that are elderly with mobility issues and Marian got us sorted with a room on the 1st floor. We had breakfast and dinner both days in the restaurant and food was delicious! Staff are great and the live music is fantastic! We had a lovely time and will be back!
