Taco Bell - Kenner

The tacos aren't terrible, but the rude staff and constant mistakes with my orders are frustrating. Thankfully, there are authentic Mexican restaurants nearby that are much better! Overall, I would give this place an F.

Taco Bell needs to step in and check out this establishment. The staff is unprofessional and seems clueless about their jobs, and many of them have attitudes. They completely messed up my order but insisted they had given me the right items. It took nearly four employees to fix the issue, and even after a 40-minute wait for the food, it was still wrong. At that point, we were just ready to eat and went home. What's the point of fast food if it's not actually fast? There was no good reason for the delay, and I noticed other customers looking frustrated while talking to the staff—they walked out empty-handed. Overall, this experience was disappointing and lacked important communication.

This Taco Bell is really disappointing! The food is always made sloppily, especially the taco pizzas. The employees are rude and seem unable to get an order right, no matter what. I remember when this place used to be bustling with customers, but now the service is consistently slow. It desperately needs better management!
