Waterside Restaurant Lakeside Inn

We had the day's special: Cajun Shrimp Pasta $18. The service was excellent, the view fantastic! Nice atmosphere where you can have a quiet, leisurely meal and impress the wife at the same time!

Had a breakfast meeting in the restaurant on the 8th floor. the food was good, service was excellent and the view was superb.

My husband and I drove out to Kenora for lunch and from previous experience knew not to expect the greatest food so I was not disappointed when the food was pretty mediocre. I ordered the Turkey Knife and Fork and he ordered the Roast Beef Knife and Fork. The filling was deli like and the gravy was the same on both - probably from a can. It was still tasty and the fries were really good but definitely a little salty for us. The hostess and server were good, our food arrived quickly, and the prices were reasonable. What was stunning was the view of the lake and seeing the boaters on the water. I would go back for that reason and might try a different menu item.

I have never stayed in the hotel therefore, I can't help you on that part. My husband and I went there for Dinner and sadly the food was expensive and terrible, the waitress was listening and taking part of our conversation not professional at all. We won't go there again for any meals !

To be honest it's not the most up to date, newest hotel. But it's clean and it's quiet. Staff are friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is good and has a great view. There's lots of parking. And the view is really nice.
