I ordered on Monday night at 7:21 and my pizza came here at 8:51. the app tells them a different estimated time than what is actually to be expected. apart long waiting times this papa john’s great
Somehow the worst experience ever! I wish I could give negative stars! placed one order and patiently waited and after 1 1/2 hours called the first time to see what was going on to tell a driver car died and our pizzas were picked up by another driver and hey I understand that things happen. another hour goes by and I'll call her again, oh yes, it'll be in a few minutes. I call again at the hour 3 and now they are acoustically saying that it was delivered, the driver knocked at my door (I have 2 dogs going crazy over a leaf blowing the wrong away) so in the round they lied about the phone and didn't want to give me any refund. after some who answered the phone have decided that I deserved a refund and then hanged on me. unnecessarily say they don't give this place to their business.
I ordered $60 worth of food. it said my order would arrive 31 min after placing the order. It came well after a hr. On top of that the brownie was all smashed together. The garlic knots were burned, and the chicken had very little BBQ sauce on them. When my food was delivered the driver forgot the drinks and blamed the store for not packing them. I have been on hold for over 30min and no one is answering the phone. SO NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
Horrible experience! I haven’t had papa johns for quite some time(like 5+ yrs) because I don’t usually like their pizza. The only reason I ordered from them recently is because they were one of the few pizza places that was offering a Jack o lantern pizza for Halloween. Ordered a pizza and beverage. I understood that they were busy so I wasn’t upset about the 75 min estimated time. However, after 2 hrs I called. No one answered. Checked out my drivers status and saw that they delivered to another apartment on the other side of my apartment complex. No delivery notice or text. Had to walk 10 mins to retrieve it just to see that the order was wrong and missing the beverage. After calling customer service numerous times being put on hold for a total of 35 mins, I find out that they’re outsourced. So instead of speaking to someone in the actual restaurant I spoke to someone from India that had no clue how to help me. They tried calling the store multiple times as well just to tell me that no one was answering. I’ve complained online and through an ai chat but still haven’t gotten a refund.
There website doesn't work. They hung up on me. They really don't like selling pizza which IS THEY'RE JOB. Never ordering from them again. Worst pizza place in Kenosh, and yes, way worse than Little Caesars
