Normally, the vegetables are battered and deep fried, but mine were sautéed and caramelized to perfection for a gluten-free option. My non-vegan friend was envious of my delicious meal.
This dish can be made vegan and gluten-free - just ask them. the cook has created this delicious dish professionally. instead of goat cheese, I was given sawed bone nuts. veggies are in the regular broken and deep fried, but my (for gluten-free) were perfectly stitched and caramelized. my non-vegan friend was jealous of my tasteful dish.
The 1884 is a wonderful culinary experience. we were here for birthday dinner. enjoy the drinks, bark meat, potatoes and all others. we loved the experience and eating, but the services were less than excellent. we were waiting for a few things that were more standard. overall they enjoy their time here. Make sure you save your time for a check-out of the hotel and ballroom. a truly beautiful place,
In beautiful stella hotel ballroom. Monday-Friday offers this place special. and on Sunday is brunch. if they all pass in the inner city of kenosha safely. they do not have to be a guest of the hotel to do this.
