Mcdonald's - Kensington and Chelsea

Freshly cooked and fast. Clean tidy with seating upstairs. Nice hot breakfast no complaints. Can't say much more!

Very rude staff, is there a romanian women, she spoke very bad with the customer!!!

I very hated this place a year ago but I can see this McDonald’s got some employees who are really friendly and hardworking. I’ve noticed how they were trying to serve food as fast as they can, I know because I work with customer services as well. Seems like good people can change a horrible place into a good one.

Ok, so this is my second Mac's that has left me flawed in just one week. I ordered a fillet of fish and asked for it to be cooked fresh. It arrived cold. I sent it back. I was given another cold fillet. I demanded to speak to the manager. She LIED to me that both my previous burgers were freshly cooked. I was astonished, and I asked her to touch the burger she refused, and told me it would take five minutes to cook my order from scratch. Very serious language barriers, Macs, please employ people who can speak good English, and explain to those who can that lies are unacceptable. Keep this up and you will slowly lose business, until one day you realise that its a lot of business you are loosing! Pathetic.

We only called in for a soft serve ice cream so wouldn’t normally place a review. However, witnessed counter staff being extremely rude to an old lady’s few people in front in the queue. She was clearly slow and doddery and so staff would have been frustrated by her lack of ability to maintain the pace of quick service in central London. But there was no kindness going spare in this restaurant. She was trying to order ‘fish and chips’ and clearly hadn’t been in a McDonalds for a long time. She asked what type of fish it was. The server rolled his eyes, threw his hands in the air and said ‘fish is fish’.
