Ha!tea Bubble Tea House - Kent

I've visited this restaurant several times, but during my latest trip, I found my drink had unmixed powder and some unexpected ingredients that shouldn't have been included. It's an decent place overall, but just be aware that you might not always receive exactly what you ordered. Rating: 3/5 for food.

This is truly my favorite spot! I visit regularly and always order the same drink, which never fails to impress. The staff is incredibly kind and patient. I often bring friends and family with me, and they always accommodate us with a great attitude, making sure we have everything we need. A big thank you to the wonderful and generous team! I highly recommend the latte bubble tea with coconut jelly—it's my absolute favorite!

I really love the boba here, but I ordered the almond cake and it was completely spoiled and had a terrible smell. Because of that issue with the almond cake, I had to give a 3-star rating. Please make sure to dispose of any expired or outdated items. Thank you!

The boba here is so delicious. Wonderful atmosphere, staff, and decorations. I appreciated that the person working there informed me that the Ocean Latte had jelly (not halal or vegetarian) in it and I could swap it with boba!

The biggest con is that there were no descriptions which made it hard to choose a drink, and I felt really uncomfortable here with my kids despite the toys everywhere. Even though mention this was our first time here we were not offered any suggestions. The drinks were not as good as I’ve had at other places, but the girl at the counter was really sweet, and I think this would have been a better experience if I didn’t have kids with me and I knew exactly what I wanted. Another pro is that this place had TONS of options.
