Kazu introduced me to the incredible world of sushi. One day, we stumbled into his small restaurant and experienced the best sushi we had ever tasted. It turns out he is a genuine sushi chef who trained under a master sushi chef in Japan for seven years. Master Kazu, you may never see this, but I hope you are enjoying your well-deserved retirement! This place serves the BEST sushi!!! I drive an hour just to pick it up, and it’s absolutely worth it! It’s a cash-only restaurant, and the prices are unbeatable.

I dare anyone to find better sushi in the Seattle area. The prices are very reasonable. Kazu's sushi is authentic and straightforward, truly the best. The quality of the fish is outstanding, and he knows exactly how to season the sushi rice perfectly.

Delicious food at reasonable prices. I found the classic dishes to be the highlights—salmon nigiri and yellowtail maki were particularly excellent. However, the spicy tuna was quite heavy on the wasabi, which could be a bit overpowering for some. Overall, it’s a fantastic place!
