The service was terrible we felt very unwelcome!! Even in the winter I would not enjoy a drink lukewarm, basically tab water almost tasteless sold as a lemonade. A plate for 2 is hardly more what is served for one for much less money around here and my meat was so dry I don't think it was cooked that day! For the quality and quantity served it is not worth the high price!

We wanted to try traditional Hungarian dishes and we were disappointed. The goulash soup was completely tasteless. Such water with potatoes and pieces of meat. Taste like from a corporate canteen, not a good restaurant. My wife said that she makes this soup a lot better. Goulash with the gnocchi that I ordered was good and saved the situation a bit. I think that the restaurant is highly overrated.

This is for sure not a restaurant,rather bad pub. You should avoid it if you want to eat or go for a drink with your wife. Service was terrible.

The service was very slow, the staff was beyond rude and unprofessional. The food was ok but the liver dumplings were inedible. The bread we ordered never even arrived. The beer was undrinkable as if it was stale for years. When asked for a pálinka, the waiter did not even come to the table but made us shout our order across the other tables. There was a smell of raw meat in the air all the time and the whole place felt dirty. When we went inside to pay, we were ignored for minutes then a waiter came to give us the bill not even showing the items we are paying for. When we asked for the detailed receipt he was annoyed and answered impolitely. He was very rushing and impatient and rude. One of the worst restaurant experiences ever. Do not recommend this place. Super unprofessional and rude and disappointing.

We should have trusted the previous reviews mentioning the unpleasant waiter, never had such poor service felt very unwelcome! Ruined the meal. Food was mediocre, went originally because the signs about town showed lower than average prices but in the end wish we had just spent more and gone to a real restaurant.
