Boss' Burgers Cheesesteaks - Keystone

The cheese steak was excellent, and my son's chili dog was tasty as well. The staff was very friendly.

Out of the two restaurants I've tried in Keystone, this one is definitely the better choice. I ordered the Chicken Club Grilled Sandwich with Swiss cheese, and it was exceptional! The spicy sauce really enhanced the other flavors. The fries were also fresh and delicious.

Go to McD/BK/ even Wendy, skip this place. One other other person was ahead of my sister and my niece then me. All cheese burger was order separately. Took 15min for my for my sister, 20 min for my niece, then 15min for me. A total 50 min for one burger and fries? Ok, a burger that took that long must be good, right? Nope, it’s over cook with no flavor, dried and cold with stale fries. There 4 people working in there and only 4 customer who order all burgers. You have burgers in your name for god sake, it’s your specialty, you are slower then 5 guy who cook your burgers right in front of you, taste worse then Wendy’s on a bad day, slower then a busiest burger joint in all of SD. It’s safe to say this by far the worst cheese burger I ever had and that putting it lightly and it cost me $13 for that experience.

They brought our order to the wrong table. After the people had eaten fries off the plates, they informed them it wasn’t their order. The staff picked up the food and proceeded to bring it to our table. We told them that was unacceptable and we would like them to remake the food. They never did and we had to go up to the counter 30 mins later to get a refund, which was a bit of a hassle. We were really looking forward to eating here as the food looked really good, but based on this experience we will never be back……nor will our friends or family.

Not good at all. To start off my drink was soured and they refused to exchange it. They said they doubted I was telling the truth. The burgers were not seasoned, overcooked and had no flavor. It was 30 minutes after ordering before we got our food. Not to mention it was $70 for 4 of us to eat!
