Nore - Kilkenny

I ordered takeout for pickup and I'm not sure if they have a new chef, but the curry, fried rice, and crispy shredded prawns were the best I've had in a very long time. Absolutely delicious!

I visited this restaurant for dinner during a day trip to Kilkenny and opted for the Tokyo Udon Noodles, which I requested to be made vegan. Although the dish was labeled as vegetarian, it contained fish sauce, so be sure to specify if you do not want any fish sauce or eggs. The noodles were tasty, but I wished they were a bit spicier. I anticipated more chili and ginger to enhance the flavor. The establishment is more geared towards take away orders, so even if there is seating available, the food is typically served in take away boxes. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time and finally went last night. The staff were extremely friendly. We ordered shredded chicken with fried rice and firecracker chicken with noodles, both of which were delicious. The portions were generous and we couldn't finish it all, so we brought the leftovers home and enjoyed them later. The restaurant was bustling with customers coming in to order or pick up their food, which is always a good sign. I highly recommend this restaurant for takeout or dining in, although seating is limited.

We got into the city late and were caught short, the bar lady suggested the place next door for food and we decided to take the plunge. As with such hasty decisions you can go wrong badly. When the food arrived, I was taken aback by the quality. My family had crispy chicken, green curry, Muslim curry, etc. All of them would not be out of place in Thailand, as a frequent traveler the food matches any place I have eaten Thai food. The only crib I had was the huge portions. But this is Ireland after all and we like our big portions. I will be back.

Absolutely shocking customer service ordered my takeaway and it arrived an hour and a half late stone cold and they were no way near helpful they told me I would have to wait another hour to get a fresh one. When I rang to speak to a manager two days later after they never contacted me the lady told me I could not get a delivery as they were to busy and driver would not come to my house I used to order here every weekend. Also told me that she couldn't speak to me as other customers were ringing am I not a customer that paid for my food and couldn't eat it as it was cold
