Perfect place for a special evening We dined on the patio and stretched out our meal so we could enjoy the sunset over the lake.
We enjoyed everything about this dining experienceService outstanding water filled wine poured glass never empty.
40 of us reserved The Brasserie for a surprise retirement party. They closed the restaurant to others for our event and we filled it. We had a 3 item preset menu which we chose from way ahead of time for their convenience. 2 apps, 3 mains and 2 desserts.Service was fine, nothing special. I chose sald which was really just lettuce with a couple -literally- of dried cranberries, barely dressed. not well done at all, no cheese not good. Then I had the whitefish which was lovely but was served on a white lump of mashed potato which had 3 green beans kinda mushed into it under the fish. White food on a white plate. For dessert I had a slim slice of lemon tart which was the best part of the meal for sure. nice and tart and quite good. However I ate something when I got home as I was still hungry. and I am a little person.Would I recommend? not for the food but the location is lovely, however the beach and walkway are in front and they are free to access with parking so just bring your own food and enjoy the view.
The Brasserie always delivers on an outstanding meal and wonderful service. Quality and variety of menu is great. Look for specials! Biggest challenge is getting a reservation!
