We put in a lot of effort behind the counter, and I apologize to you, Karen, if your fries were a bit warm; we’re doing our best to make your McDonald's visit as joyful as possible. Donita Capuno, our Guest Experience Manager, is an absolute gem. She's not only sweet but also truly wonderful, and we’re all fortunate to have her on our team. She even baked me fresh cookies today, which speaks volumes about how amazing she is as a manager. <3

It's McDonald's—reliable and consistent. You know you won't find any award-winning dishes here, but that's perfectly fine.
