We did an online order and normally the food is great and so is the service. Unfortunately this time it was really bad we didn’t get the bread we ordered.. they left off sauce and the sandwiches were assembled like hot dogs so they were nearly impossible to eat. Really disappointed overall.
The staff is very friendly and will customize your sub exactly how you want it. Unlike most Subway locations that skimp on the veggies for a veggie sub, this place does not hold back!
I came here for the weekend to watch a derby game, but the staff at this restaurant were extremely rude. When we walked in, we had to wait a long time before being informed that they were out of buns. When I went back in to order a salad instead, the server rolled her eyes at me. I found their behavior to be very rude and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this location in the future. If making sandwiches or salads is too much work for her, perhaps she should find a different job. There is no excuse for her to act childish and roll her eyes like a 5-year-old.
Kerry was one of the friendliest individuals I have come across at this restaurant. She was very well-informed, efficient, and a delight to converse with.
