Contribuisci feedbackThe food at this restaurant is delicious and the staff is hardworking. However, I encountered a problem when they refused to take my bill for payment, citing a corporate policy. I suggested they put up a sign explaining this policy, but was again told it was not allowed by corporate. Frustrated, I contacted the corporate office (DYNE Hospitality Group) and am waiting for the district manager to call me back. I believe that as a paying customer, I should be able to spend my hard-earned money without any obstacles.
I have visited this restaurant twice through the drive-thru and both times I ended up throwing away my smoothie. Both times I ordered the Triple Berry Oat smoothie, but on the first day it was watered down and bland, indicating that it was not blended properly. The following day, I ordered the same smoothie and it tasted like cheap strawberry syrup or puree. It seems that the employees here do not know how to follow a recipe accurately. I would not recommend coming here.
We spent the afternoon strolling around St. Mary's and enjoying the lovely weather. We topped it off with some amazing smoothies.
I don’t give reviews but this is the time I have gotten an icy instead of a smoothie. I can’t even drink from the straw that’s how icy my peanut butter cup is. After today I will not be ordering from tropical smoothie in Kingsland, Ga.
The Mocha Madness Smoothie and the Turkey Club.... very busy place expect a slight delay.
