Lola Pizza - Kingston

WOWOWOW.This is 100% the place to go for *excellent* food and terrific service. Last night I was there a second time for my birthday Rachael was wonderful and attentive to our table. The man behind her doubling as Jeremy Allen White was a great and welcomed addition.The Tiger’s Paw is slammin’. The Three Amigo’s and bangin’. The side of broccoli rabe is delicious and super crunchy, well seasoned. They make a great a whiskey and coke and the arancini was so savory!100% a great place to go for proper wood fired pizza with delicious ingredients and a great, super clean atmosphere.The superb music choices played here are between 90’s R&B, hip hop, and early 2000’s italodisco and eurobeat.(Think Technotronic Pump Up The Jam)We will be back for sure!

As a pizza aficionado both eating out and creating myself, I'll just say this was excellent. Made even more so as I got a few tips from the chef I'm looking forward to trying out at home.

Overpriced but excellent staff.The music was awful.Rap music is NOT dinner music!The pizza was good, but $20.00 for a 1-2 person pie? That is unacceptable.A glass of house wine for $14.00?No.2 slices of pizza each and a glass of wine should Not cost over $50.00 with a tip.

Best pizza I had in years and I'm a foodie and pizza lover Prices are higher than average but I think it's worth for such a great quality of food. They have dog friendly patio.

I was really looking forward to trying Lola after hearing positive reviews, but unfortunately, I won't be returning. The pizza was absolutely terrible, and the service was inconsistent and odd. I’m not sure if this was just a fluke, but after waiting 40 minutes for a single pizza to go, I opened it up to find that all the toppings slid right off because it was completely undercooked. The toppings were cut into large chunks for what was supposed to be a thin and delicate pie, and the crust was doughy and raw inside. The center couldn't even support a drop of ricotta. It was so undercooked that the dough stuck to the bottom of the box, and I had to peel off paper and cardboard from the pieces I tried to eat. I ordered the white veggie pizza and, sadly, I cannot recommend this place.
