The food at this restaurant was absolutely amazing and made me feel delighted. I would definitely go back again. The customer service was exceptional and I loved the food. This restaurant definitely deserves a 10/10 rating.

I arrived at the restaurant feeling hungry, but was disappointed to find that they had placed the cheese on top of the toppings on my pizza. This made it greasy and unappetizing. It also seemed like they had switched to a cheaper product and raised their prices. The menu indicated prices for 2021-22, but they were still off by £2. They even charged extra for adding a cheaper topping while removing a more expensive one from the original pizza. It felt like a scam. I believe they put the cheese on top to hide how little you actually get. It seems like this restaurant is headed for failure.

I have ordered takeout from this restaurant before and know that the food is always good. The customer service is also excellent. However, I was disappointed when I ordered a dessert along with my meal and it was served to me frozen. I have never experienced this at any other restaurant before and it was frustrating to have to wait hours for it to defrost. I called to express my annoyance and was told that this is how they serve their desserts, but I wish I had been informed of this beforehand as I would not have purchased it. Overall, I was left unimpressed tonight.

We always use Palermo and have done fir a long time now. Staff are lovely, and the girls who answer phone to take your orders are so polite and helpful. Food tasty and usually hot as they deliver quickly. Chicken kebab is delicious with a large chips for extra £1. Kids pizzas are great value too. Chicken fillet burger is delicious too. Won’t use anywhere else.
