Zoe was extremely friendly and even offered me a personal discount when she noticed I was a mall worker. She was a great conversationalist and provided exceptional customer service. The person who brought me my food was also very friendly, although I didn't catch his name. These two encounters really made my night. Thank you!
While it is summer, I enjoy the sluts especially the raspberry taste. In addition, the chips are far better than the competition. Not overloaded with fat. The pack was fresh with a nice amount of dressing that didn't turn it off. The staff was helpful. Good parking... here. Wheelchair-friendly and child-friendly.
We visited the Southland Shopping Centre for a quick dinner on a quiet Friday evening after some shopping. I ordered the two-piece chicken meal for $7.95, which consisted of two drumsticks. Typically, a thigh piece with more meat is included at other restaurants. The portion of chips was decent for takeout, but smaller compared to a traditional fish and chip shop. The meal also came with a Pepsi Max. The restaurant was clean but not very busy. It was a 10-minute walk, mostly through the shopping center, to Southland station where we quickly topped up our myki smart cards and caught a train on the Frankston line.
It's a KFC. Dirty Bird. Much you'd expect. The quality goes up and down, depending on which group of fat teenagers cook.
When visiting Southland, it is quick and easy to grab a meal at Colonel's. The food is always of high quality compared to other KFC locations. You can find this restaurant on level 3 near Myer.
