Local Press Cafe - Kingston

It was a peaceful morning, and we were pleased to find a spot in the sun. The service was excellent, and our food arrived promptly. I ordered a winter dish, and it was absolutely incredible—10 out of 10! They also offered vegetarian and vegan options, along with several non-dairy alternatives for smoothies and coffee. It's a dog-friendly and family-friendly place, and I would definitely recommend it!

This café stands out from typical breakfast spots as it offers healthy dishes. Being fans of Eggs Benedict, we decided to try their salmon on toast and a bean chickpea cassoulet. For coffee, we ordered a cappuccino and a mocha. We were really pleased with how the dishes were prepared. The salmon dish was incredibly refreshing, reminiscent of a Japanese meal, with a delightful balance of hearty and zesty flavors. The cassoulet was fascinating, featuring octopus and chorizo in a delicious broth. The coffee was also excellently made. I highly recommend visiting if you're looking for a great breakfast spot in Kingston!

The outdoor seating offers a lovely view of the water. We ordered four different dishes and found ourselves enviously eyeing each other's choices, all of which we were pleased with. The coffee was excellent. The service was attentive without being intrusive; we were able to enjoy our meal and conversation while our water glasses were promptly refilled whenever they were empty.

Fantastic landscape. Great place and the staff were nice. The tacos were incredible from this world, highly recommended. The menu and vegan options were quite impressive to choose many different things. Overall, a really good little spot, just note that it is quite expensive for the specified portion sizes.
