My friend and I visited Pizzazz in Kingston on Saturday morning. The sun shone, and the place swung. It was a good idea. We ordered eggs Benedikt, and I asked that my eggs have made medium when I get sick with casual egg yolk and whites. After an extremely long 45-minute, the eggs wait arrived, well represented. But my eggs were completely undercooked. I asked the waitress about medium-sized eggs (very specific order we had set. Explaining that it had lasted 45 minutes and that we had to eat and go now, she returned with another order in about 5 minutes, as well as runny. When I said I couldn't eat her, she went to the kitchen to tell me to take it or leave it. I went out. My recommendation? Don't go there. Read the reviews on this and other websites and simply don't go. The immute is inexpressible. And a cook (probably better called a short order cook that 't cook an egg? There is simply no reason to promote such a facility.
I really want to like this place a lot more. The food is good, they have a good selection of drinks and it is in a beautiful area. But the rude and lazy staff let it down.
The service at this restaurant was exceptionally slow. Despite being warned by friends that the food was delicious but the service was slow, we decided to take a chance anyway. It took nearly an hour to receive our breakfast. While we understand that they were busy, perhaps they should consider hiring more kitchen staff or servers to expedite service.
I highly recommend Green Square for its amazing coffee, exceptional service, and delicious food.
