Tim Hortons - Kirkland Lake

We typically enjoy dining at Tim Horton's, but unfortunately, this was the first location where the staff was unfriendly, made errors on our order without apologizing when informed, and seemed preoccupied with gossiping about other employees, neglecting to acknowledge our presence. The meals were passable, except for the garden salad, which had overly hot chicken and was poorly assembled with some pieces spilling out the side. Overall, it was an unusual experience and not in line with the usual expectations for a Tim Hortons.

Hey it's Tim hortans it's always good food. But they can mess up you drink order. :( But the sandwiches and donuts are always fresh.

I was happy to find something familiar at this restaurant. I ended up getting coffee there almost twice a day because it was the only coffee place around. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and they had a drive-thru option along with a menu I recognized.

I visited this restaurant a few times while I was in KL. Overall, the staff were friendly. However, during one visit when the drive-thru was not busy, I noticed one staff member bringing over my drink. The window server then spent 3-4 minutes talking to another staff member before finally taking my money and giving me my drink.

Busy place with a decent service time given the stack of cars driving through at the same time.They got the order right, and prepared the food reasonably quickly, so it was a solid Tim Horton's experience.The coffee was searing hot. I had to leave it while I went and did something else. It was still lukewarm 2 hours later when I had time again to drink it. It was not great, but there you are.
