Foods good, but service is terrible Food was 2 hours 10 minutes late, the delivery guys excuse was “it’s icy” Tried ringing to cancel, but phone was off the hook Not worth the hassle

Food was Delivered after more than 2 hours despite being told 1 hour when ordering . Food freezing cold when delivered. Delivery driver too busy chatting on the phone rather than speaking to customers

Absolutely disgusting service! Ordered a pizza. Not arrived 2 hours later, called to see where it was and was abused/swore at down the phone and told they would cancel the order. Absolute shambles! We order from here regularly and never had a problem! But one night like this can definitely make you not want to order from this place again!

Order was cancelled at time of delivery. Thought I would give them a second chance but order was cancelled but text no reason tried phoning no answer. So sorry let’s find another pizza delivery restaurant. What a shame was so good for so long

What a shame has been my go to pizza takeaway for the last few years , but the pizza delivered was greasy warm and not good at all. The cheese had a funny taste and the base was under cooked . I will give them a second chance in a week or two
