Regional Public Beach Access Kitty Hawk

This is a fantastic location for easy access to the beach. There’s free parking available, and you'll find outdoor showers and restrooms on-site. There's a crosswalk that leads right to the beach entrance. While the access point is slightly sloped, there’s a set of stairs nearby if you need them.

This is one of my favorite beach rd. public access points. Right down the road from John's and a shower to wash the kids off when you get off the beach for the ride home!

Went to park around 3pm on a Thursday and had to wait for a few minutes but saw people were leaving so waited and got a spot! The bathrooms were decent and the showers and rinse off area was nice. The crosswalk to the beach was well kept and the beach entrance had nice mats in the sand for beach carts and it made it easier to walk

As a first time to this beach, I really enjoyed it. You really have to get there early for a parking spot. We arrived around 10 Am and there were only a few spots left. We were able to walk to get lunch in order to not lose our parking spot. The beach had very nice sand and a lifeguard was present. There are bathrooms and showers located next to the parking area.

I absolutely love this beach! There’s a parking lot that offers clean bathrooms with proper plumbing. It’s just a quick stroll across the street to reach the beach. Be sure to arrive early, as it’s a popular spot. As soon as you step onto the beach, you’ll find lifeguards and updated surf conditions. I can’t wait to go back!
