I had heard much praise about the pasta served at Dantes so i was excited to taste it. So i ordered a lasagna and highly praised steak pasta . What a major disapointment!!! The lasagna was only 2cm thick not even a quater of the standard serving container.all it tasted of was overpoweing tamatoes . The ' 300g rump steak pasta was even more dissapointing. Although full serving the cream and garlic taste was so rich i was put off immediately. 10 small blocks of steak was at least tender.

Excellent food and hosts. You have a real taste of Italy (not just in the food but the experience as well).

This place is a hidden little gem, oh wow, what a pleasant experience tonight! Owner was there and what impeccable service! The food was out of this world, definitely one of my top three dishes, steak cubes with mushrooms in a white wine cream sauce with lots of garlic, chili and parmigiano on the side. Awesomeness
