Great little cafe. Good choice of food at reasonable prices

We've been having fish and chips from here for years now. Whether we have them delivered or ring our order in or call in on spec, we've never been disappointed! I'm usually ordering for 8 people and I give a very jumbled order, the ladies serving are always patient and friendly. When ordered for delivery it's always on time and always fresh and hot. Same when I've rang to order and collect, food has always been cooked fresh to order. Very handy that I can pay by card, and love that they're on just eat too. Great servicr and lovely food. And one of the few chippies left that does decent batter!!

Don’t normally write reviews but after today I can’t not! Absolutely terrible customer service. They missed majority of our order then when we rang to say they had and asked if we’d be charged correctly, they asked us to drive back down to get the rest, leaving our food cold. We then asked for it to be cooked from fresh or for a refund and they refused both and said it was our fault it was cold. Even though the reason it was cold was because of their error and us having to come back to the shop. Absolute joke and will not be getting food from there again.

The worst fish and chips I've ever had... I was daft enough to go a second time. Equally as awful as the first, no one could eat it as it was so old. Nobody cared in the end that half the items were missed from the order.

Good food and great service could eat in or get delivery great staff
