Contribuisci feedbackThe dishes are classic French without chichi. You should have eaten first in Paul Bocuse's restaurant to understand Hubert Scheid's kitchen. Harald Wohlfahrt was called Sossengott. I find Hubert Scheids Sossen just as good. Especially its beer Blanc to fish like St. Piere, Seezunge, wild Dorado or Kabelau in top quality. An excellent meal also includes a delicious and affordable wine. The wine map from Month Castle is great and also affordable for champagne, Mosel/Saar/Ruwer and Burgundy. The price supplement is not as much as in many star restaurants the 4-5 compartments, especially only about 2 compartments.
Very nice.. about the kitchen I can't say anything, of course other prices, but they are also worth it with a good cook.

The small castle park invites you to hiking. My visit was the Monopteros, which was presented by the Trier Society on the day of the open monument. This small building had a decorative purpose, but belongs to the park. The small building will soon be renovated. The Trier Society is still collecting donations. Renovation is an important step to revitalize the park that has suffered unloved treatment for many years, including as a campsite. The castle itself is used as a restaurant and is already well cleaned.
The atmosphere in a chateau of the 18th century is attractive. excellent dishes are freshly prepared and beautifully presented. the service is friendly and somewhat unconventional.
