Very, very slow. When I asked why it took so long, they said there was only one chef and the management didn't care. I work here too, and it's the same situation. I will never come back here again!!!

Delicious ice cream. Probably the best in the city. It's a lovely and clean place. Many people in the city have come to love this establishment and consider it a worthy spot.

The service was non-existent. No one ever came over to clear the dirty dishes from our table, and the situation hasn't changed over the course of a month, nor does it seem like it will. The staff's friendliness leaves much to be desired; everyone seemed to have a stone-faced expression, as if they were at a funeral. They seemed unfamiliar with basic manners like greeting and saying goodbye.
