Ambika - Kozhikode

Ambhika restaurant is located in Nadakkavu. It is a restaurant that's really famous for their samudra sadhya a feast made up of 21 dishes of which 18 are made up of seafood items. Only the rice , payasam and pappadam was not made up of seafood. Their normal meals and biriyani was nice too. There is a good amount of parking available but still on weekends it is difficult to get space to park. Rates are reasonable and the service is quick. Ambience is nothing much to talk about.

Great destination for sea food lovers...They have both AC non-AC dining. In non-AC they bring a tray containing all varieties of seafood preparation. In AC dining they tell the name of items to select from and then supply.

The samudra sadhya is the main attraction that has drawn us into it. with 18 sorts of fish products that replace regular Sadhya items is to be explored firmly. although some things I don't like, it was a satisfying experience. When we went a bit early, we were saved from the crowd and waiting queue we saw when we got out after our meal. eating maybe a bit expensive as per head would be around rs. 456/ from 1 January 22

The most awesome non-veg sadya I would have dreamed in my head! their performance is commendable when considering that they have covered most seafood fish, prawns, squid, crab, kadukka and kakka each element was too well balanced in aromen and had a pronounced personality. the kappa meen mixture was a nice supplement to the usual suspects. even the three fish curries were amazing and used soft fish. All-in-all, this is probably the G.O.A.T of seafood sadyas. I'm curious to know if it's better. are they ready to move back to home after this! on a good way natural!

Serve delicious hot fish curry meals, vegetables, prawn chutney and variety of fish, garnel, inkfish and bark meat
