Believe it or not, GEM is one of the fancier Indian restaurants in Brickfields, even though the outside looks like someone's uncle worst party shirt ever. It is a new haunt for my colleagues and because the food is so good. Just don't expect a productive day after a meal here, because it will knock you out. There's always a fair bit of gravity that comes with Indian food and this is especially true for GEM. Don't skip the coffee with the fresh cow milk (add a bit of sugar), the chicken pakora, the butter chicken and the fried fish. This is not a seafood restaurant, but the fried fish here is better than most seafood restaurant crispy on the outside and super tender inside with explosive flavours. Props on the service which elevates the place than most other Indian restaurants.

One of my most visited restaurant in Kualalampur. I just love their food. Amazing Indian taste and mouthwatering taste.

This place deserves to be higher than 3.9 stars. My friend and I had an excellent meal. The staff were very friendly, patient, and informative about the menu. The food was great. I especially liked the tandoori cauliflower with the mint sauce. I'll definitely come back.

Always a delight to dine at GEM Restaurant I Brickfields. The restaurant is VERY clean. Food is always delicious, and look out for promo items. Worth your money every time. Good and friendly staff.
