Sarang Cookery - Kuala Lumpur

A hidden jewel in KL. I was recommended to this restaurant by a local and it was a total surprise. Sarang cuisine offers a good selection of Malayan food at amazing prices. Eating is fresh, servings are big and the taste is incredible. The staff is friendly and they are always happy to give you suggestions and recommendations. Very recommended.

Great authentic flavors of Peranakan kitchen I have tasted so far in Malaysia. The menu offers an extensive list of Nyonya dishes. Dessert is a must also try. In any case, come back to explore the rest of the menu.

Really tasty Malaysian food at a very reasonable price. Our server was very friendly and spoke excellent English. She described the menu well and gave us a great overview of the various Malaysian specialties. Definitely recommend!

Excellent food, local prices for the area. Appears to be family operated. Had coconut and shrimp rice (Nani Goreng Kerabu) and was very happy with the choice. Hope to bring friends back here.
