Zawaya - Kurayyimah

Fantastic local food. The baked chicken tomatoes dish and lamb was so delicious. Best Lentil soup I had along Egypt and Jordan. Highly recommend it. They also have wonderful flavoured tabouli with Couscous in it. A must try

Finally I got to try this well-known Jordanian dish, “Mansaf”. Without a doubt, this big chunk of lamb was buttery and savory. That fluffy rice went really well with the meat and yogurt. However, the smell was quite pungent, took me a second to get used to it.

I think the best food in Petra area. You can get so many food in really good price. Very pleasant waiter, food delicious, prices good what can you want more.. We also had lentlil soup but i forgot to make a photo :

Clearly the best food we’ve had in Jordan! So fragrant and full of flavor. Excellent hospitality. We were well taken care of. Highly recommend if you are in Wadi Musa. Thank you Zawaya Restaurant!

Good food and very friendly waiter! We even got a delicious complementary mint tea! Recommended!
