If there was a 0 star, I would make sure this place will have it. Claire, the manager, advised her of a big order that I placed via Uber, told her due to medical conditions I cannot drive and pick it up and she says “contact doordash to get a refund”. I corrected her and said it was Uber and she said same thing. I don’t need a refund, I wanted my order and on top of it, she refused to do a courtesy delivery to correct it and make it right. Couple months ago, ordered Cobb Salad and guess what, found a fly chilling in the salad. Worst place ever to eat or place an order. Unclean, hair in the food, and really bad customer service.
Parking: The drive thru traffic is between the entry door and handicap parking. So it can be difficult to navigate between the car bumpers to find a wheel chair ramp.
They need to start paying more attention on their delivery orders. There’s always something missing and last time I was shorted some chicken nuggets but I let it go. Today, I purchased the BBQ sauce bottle and they sent Chickfila sauce instead. Completely avoidable if they had just bothered to check.
Fast, fresh and friendly. Always a cornerstone for this company, still true today.Side note, would REALLY like to see the return of the Multi-grain bagel breakfast sandwich
