I stopped by at 3:15 PM and the place was really busy. I ordered the seasonal Juniper Latte, and even with the crowd, it arrived quickly. I attempted to use a promotion from the phone app that would give me a drink for $3 after 3 PM, but they couldn’t get it to work. To my surprise, they gave me the drink for free! This is excellent customer service. Instead of letting me down because of the app issue, they made sure I left happy. Great job, Starbucks! I really like this location and I'm glad it's nearby.

I didn't receive my drink from Batista, even after discussing it and asking three times. They offered me a $4 gift card as compensation.

The coffee here is consistently excellent! Every time I visit, the customer service has been outstanding. I particularly enjoy the Dirty Chai with an extra shot of espresso, complemented by a blueberry scone. It's a fantastic way to kick off the day!

It’s frustrating that the baristas were unable to follow these straightforward instructions. In my opinion, the staff seems to be overwhelmed, making it difficult for them to pay attention to the details. At $6.75, I expect my order to be exactly as requested — I’m not paying for a cup filled with foam. I just don’t understand how difficult it can be to follow simple steps. Overall, I'm really unhappy with my experience.
