Na - La Costa

I entered this location 8/14/22 around 7:40pm. There were 3 employees in the front. As more customers came in, the 2 girls disappeared to the back, leaving only 1 employee in the front during a DEFINITE prime time rush. Nate helped my family as quick as he could while also making the experience pleasant. When asked where his help was, he had suggested that both coworkers were on break as there was very loud laughing from their back room. I do not think this is fair to a young kid with a line out the door. My family was there for just under an hour, as more customers came in. Still no sight of the female employees. Not okay. If I was running a business I would handle this form of bullying ASAP!

Went in last night and just one girl working, I think her name was Tania? But she was slammed and handled herself very well!! My brownie sundae was on point and even with all her third party apps and customers in store she worked efficiently! Now that we're in spring might be nice to get some extra team members to help each other out and not keep guests waiting so long.

One of our family members celebrated a birthday during this visit and his wish was for that incredible mint chip and gooey fudge creation only BR makes so well. His wish was our command and BR delivered! This is a small little shop in the shopping center and well worth the time to discover.

They went the extra mile to get the Beach Day flavor from the storage for me even though it hadn't been set out. Thank you so much!!!

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Everytime we order icecream an item is always missing. We ordered four and only received two. It's extremely frustrating. I always try to order the special Icecreams for my daughter and everytime I never get them. As much as I love Baskin Robbins the lack of attention to what the order is is frustrating. Super upset and annoyed. ?? I'd rather pay extra and go to Coldstone.
