Forever Yogurt - La Grange

Always great. Except today they were out of whipped cream.

I recently visited this restaurant with my family for some frozen yogurt on a Saturday night, and we had a terrible experience. The staff lady with the bald head was particularly unhelpful and rude. It really impacted our visit. I strongly suggest that management consider making a change.

The music was too loud, and the staff member at the counter was quite unfriendly and unapproachable.

- Neither of the two employees greeted us. - The woman with the buzz cut was rude and seemed quite annoyed that we entered. - When I asked if I could add boba to my order, the male employee appeared upset because I had already paid for my ice cream. He just wasn’t very pleasant about it. - Although the atmosphere is beautifully arranged and very clean, the staff didn’t seem happy to be there. - Before leaving, I inquired about how to leave a review, and the woman with the buzz cut responded that they don’t accept reviews or provide receipts. Overall, I've had better service from the teenagers working at the North Riverside Mall location. I guess I was just expecting more since it was Lagrange. We paid $16.00 for three fro-yogurts.

This is a great place that I often visit, but today it was a bit of a mess. There were crumbs everywhere and spills all over the floor. Additionally, the person at the register didn’t seem to be enjoying their job very much.
