Contribuisci feedbackI think it's twice to stop here! the first time I ask a meal without pickle and hospite what! it had n the 2nd time that gave me the wrong order!!! I know that mistakes happen, but if Ur-Shop is slow down rush and try to put everything on the right order
Everything was correct in my order drive thru very slow though
The drive thru never answered and we went in the afternoon. The speaker told us to go to the next speaker and we waited for 5 minutes and no one ever came on the speaker to take our order. We then proceeded to place a mobile order. They didn't have the blue raspberry frozen Fanta drinks, so they brought out the sprite ones, which is perfectly okay, but I then asked if we could change them to the coke ones. She said I'd have to come inside to get them. What is the point of a mobile order then??
Just spoke to the manager and they told me they forgot to give the Uber driver half of my order and that if I wanted to come pick it up very unprofessional if I wanted to pick it up I wouldn’t have used Uber and all she can say was she forgot to give them the other bag now I have 1 happy meal for 2 kids never order from this location they’re horrible management and lack customer service
Don 't know how to follow orders. The receipt can be saying the right order but they still can 't get the order correct. Past 4 times now they have gotten my order wrong, and it 's not like I 'm asking for a lot. No ice, or extra sauce is the most I 'll ask for, they still won 't get it right, even after verbally repeating your order to you. Done with this location. And the food here is subpar compared to the other McDonald 's a few miles away.
