Carl's Jr. - La Mirada

I visited several Paramount locations, including Norwalk and Downey, and they all told me they couldn't provide me with extra Santa Fe dressing. My favorite burger is the Santa Fe chicken, which is absolutely delicious! I really enjoy this location because they prepared my burger just the way I like it. The food tastes great, and the customer service is top-notch.

This is the worst Carl's Jr. I've ever been to. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but they gave me a regular one instead. I requested a specific cheese on my club sandwich, and they didn’t add any cheese at all, yet still charged me for it. I wouldn't recommend going here—the manager just stays in the back and clearly doesn’t care about the poor quality of service. The cooks completely messed up my order. I’m not even hungry anymore. Thanks for nothing!

If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. I went through the drive-thru, and 90% of my drink was just ice.

I'll stop by on my lunch break every now and then. The food here has been good and the customer service has been excellent. It's a good location as well.

Great service! Went to this store twice in the last week. Amazing service from employee Juan. Even when it got busy, he kept his cool and gave great service. He was friendly and made sure our order was correct. Awesome employee!
