Contribuisci feedbackThe customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I never want to return here. I waited 20 minutes for my drink to be ready, and when I asked the barista if it was ready, she rolled her eyes at me. I requested light ice, but she made half of my venti drink with ice.
I typically do not write reviews, but I have visited this restaurant multiple times due to its convenient location while running errands. Unfortunately, I have experienced incorrect orders on all three occasions. Each time, I used the drive-thru. During one visit, I even checked my drinks before leaving because of past mistakes at this location. Two out of three drinks were incorrect, and one was forgotten entirely. When I brought this to their attention before leaving, they seemed annoyed. While I understand that mistakes can happen occasionally, the consistency of errors is concerning. Despite short wait times in line during my visits, I am unsure why these mistakes occurred. I will now be going to the Starbucks on Rosecrans and La Mirada, even though it is not as convenient and lacks a drive-thru option.
This Starbucks on telegraph and carmenita in Whittier boy oh boy.... Slow as molasses. I placed an online order before going to work around 6:50am I arrived at around 7:25. My food order was ready but my coffee order was not. I waited another 10 min. I asked how much longer will it be and she never answered me. I waited another 5 min. I asked again how much longer for my drink order. Gave her my name and again she was flustered and did not answer my question. Turns out my ticket was lost.... So instead of asking me what did I order and I can show them my receipt on my phone she just ignored me. It was such a bad start to my Friday shaking my head) .To get my refund I had to wait on another huge line. I just left. I was out my coffee that morning. So disappointed

We were headed on a small road trip and had to start off with some coffee in the morning and we placed an order for our drinks with no issue. we arrived and the drive thru line was really backed up so we were glad we ordered online. we went inside and after a small wait our drinks were ready. we went outside and the very busy drive thru line disappeared and there was nobody else so they must've served everyone very quickly. it's a bit of a smaller parking lot because it is on the corner of the busy intersection but you should be able to get in and out easily.
