Bingsoo House - La Palma

It was a very nice and chill place. I got the chocolate shaving ice and it was very delicious. The service was also quick depending on the day you go.

The Mango Bingsoo was alright. The snow didn't hold up very well became slushy fairly quickly. The mango slices were nice and thin, but I think they are kept in a liquid because they were glossy. We also got 2 Taiyakis, which is the minimum requirement to purchase. The texture is different from what we're used to. The fillings were good, though! Bingsoo House is located inside the Super 1 Mart towards the left side of the store as you walk in.

Can't wait to go back. Kids loved it. Really appreciated the delicious shave ice and kind service.

This is such an underrated, hidden gem! The Taiyaki is freshly made and super crunchy. The Cheese Bomb Taiyaki is my favorite and stretches with cheese perfectly as you tear it out. I also recommend the Strawberry Bingsoo. The freshly cut strawberry drizzled with their strawberry sauce is so refreshing. They use milky ice rather than the regular shaved ice texture. Summary: CLEANLINESS. Clean and organized. However, you share tables with other restaurants. COSTS. Very affordable compared to other dessert places. CUSTOMER SERVICE. Excellent and friendly. The owner is so friendly and will recognize your face if you become a regular. PORTION SIZE. The Bingsoo portion could feed 2 people. WAIT TIME. Since they cook it fresh rather than in bulk, it could take 10 15 minutes.
