We were really looking forward to having Burgundy fondue... but this experience was very disappointing, even frustrating, on several levels (beef quality, side dishes, service, wine list, etc.). Too expensive for the quality of the food and service. On a positive note, located in Old La Prairie, the surrounding decor adds an interesting touch.

It has been a while since I've went but this is my to-go place when I went to eat Fondue! They have it all! I'm a cheese lover, thought not a blue cheese fan, but their Stilton Fondue is precious and is served with Figs and nuts and of course bread, but I must say a little sweet treat in it makes it perfect. For meat lovers they have different choices of meat from around the globe, it may be the time to explore new territories for the main course fondue.Their chocolate or maple fondue for dessert are perfect for sweet lovers and no so much sweet lovers. They are delicately balance and the end of a perfect meal.I'm writing about the Fondues a lot and I must say I haven't tasted anything else there, because when I go it is for... the fondues. It is well located in one of the eldest part of the country, in front of one of Canada's first church. The restaurant is actually in the basement and is charming with rocky walls.Worth the detour!
