We had good service. My octopus was tender, my wife's catch-of-the-day rougets were however rather dry and difficult to get off the bone. A pression, fizzy water, two mains, frites, 50cl pichet and two cafe gourmands were 101 euros. So a better meal (except the rougets) than nearby but fairly expensive. 7 euros for a litre of fizzy water?
We ate here recently while staying at the Hilton hotel down the beach.. About a 10 minute walk along the beach. I thought this place was great. You aren’t going to get fine dining, but for a beach restaurant it does a fine job. The food is good, the menu is a bit eclectic but with plenty of good choices, and the view is just stunning. Full on view of Les Sablettes, the beach, etc. Really good service as well, very attentive. If you are staying in the area I would highly recommend.
On holiday in the area, we found this restaurant by chance, almost by using the curiosity ‘nose’. We went there for dinner one wonderful evening, then tried it for lunch on another day. Just wonderful in all aspects.
The restaurant has an ideal location, really to "two steps from the sea". Nice view. Quick service. the dishes are good, giving a pleasant note:
The welcome was very nice, the very friendly waitress. the dishes we took were very tasteful and well presented. The balance was there, we don’t return to the vegetables. very good time with a beautiful view.
