McDonald's - Labrador City

I must say that I am used to this McDonald's making mistakes with my order, such as forgetting to remove the pickles or adding bacon. However, today was the worst. This morning, I went through the drive-thru to order a bacon and egg bagel with butter, but when I got home, I discovered that they had forgotten to include the three main ingredients of the sandwich. Thank you for my plain bagel toasted with butter.

Wish I could give this a negative star .. it doesn’t deserve even 1.. always an EXTREMELY long wait and even after that you will still get the wrong order .. every single time!! I’ve yet to pull up to the window and get my food then and there. Always asked to pull up in a parking spot for them to bring it out to you. There’s always 3 or 4 cars parked waiting on food , not including what’s in the line up behind you. What’s the propose of a FAST food place If your made to wait in the parking lot spaces for a ridiculous amount of time for a freaking burger and fries .. so stupid !!! Don’t dare leave without checking your order.. save yourself the trip all the way back when it’s wrong. ALSO! Give me my receipt at the first window when I pay! They never give it to you so then when you have to go back in with your order (because it’s wrong) you don’t have your receipt to show what you paid for!!

Check your order, some of the people do not comprehend the importance of getting what you wanted :D most times are good and they are usually willing to hapily correct any issue. Wait time has significantly dropped which is very good! Getting better every day !

I have gone to this store multiple times as I live in Lab West. The staff are typically very friendly but this store is often understaffed and service speed suffers as a result. I have waited up to 30 minutes both in store and in the drive through for just a coffee. It's also not uncommon for only 1 speaker to recieve regular service in the double drive through.

Since they put in the split drive through, they must have decided to change the staff as well because the service there is horrible for the following reasons: 1. It takes way to long to get through the drive through, even if your the only one in it! At one point (and this was when I decided to never give anymore business to McDonalds in Labrador City again) it took 45 MINUTES to complete my very small order!!! I started seeing many other upset People posting their frustration and poor service on Facebook as well so this has been an ongoing thing! 2. Cannot get the order right!!!! Several times I have left the drive through just to get home to a meal of either something I didn’t order, or something they forgot to give me. 3. Staff at drive through window (at times) were rude and showed “attitude “ that wasn’t called for or deserving of the customer. Unless these issues are corrected I strongly suggest that you stay clear of this so called restaurant
