Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Lacey

My mother was looking for French Onion Soup and we remembered Red Robin had it.  She got a bowl and liked it.  My wife had Clucks and Fries and also liked her meal.  I had my normal Royal Red Robin Burger and also liked it.  The service here was very good and the food was as good as any other Red Robin we have been to.  We have been to many.  I expect we will be back.

The staff was extremely friendly, engaging, and very pleasant to interact with. My burger was cooked the exact way that I liked, and it was extremely delicious. Devon (sp? was awesome to interact with and he made me feel welcomed. This was the first time I have been to a Red Robin by myself and honestly felt really welcomed and not awkward like I thought it would be. Might start doing this more often when I have the craving for it and none of my friends are available to eat with me.

Updating my review for this Red Robin. Came today 5/7/22 and it was so much better than the last time we came here during the pandemic. It is wonderful to see them back to the restaurant we love. We arrived at the end of lunch rush, 2 large groups in front of us and asked to be seated in the bar, which they were able to do righr away. The bartender, Devon, was super busy tending the whole restaurant but attended to us quickly. Our food came out fast and it was just like we remember. So glad we don't have to give up our addiction to fire sauce.

Ordered pick up on the app. RR Gourmet Cheeseburger bacon the new Savory Steakhouse burger a tower of onion rings since I had a reward to spend $40 save $10. Basically got the onion rings for Free! The food was ready when promised, but my burger was Luke warm at best. Since covid hit we usually order to go and then eat in the parking lot around the corner, so the food should have been hot.
