This is my opinion on this location on Ladson Rd. and not Bojangles as a whole 9 out of ten times my fries are not seasoned, stale, burned, or some other incompetence. And they try to save a dollar by not offering you sauce and going you don't ask for any it seems this includes ketchup. They were out of no sauce. My fries were burned and they messed up the order. I tried to verify my own order at the drive thru menu and ask for my total but the perfusion never responded after me asking twice so I pulled around to the window and sure enough, my order was not correct.

I am so disappointed with the level of service not mention the food! I ordered the 12 piece dinner box and got all the way home, no biscuits in the box the fries were cold and hard! Tried calling 4 times to the Bojangles to address my concerns, and no one answers!!

Orders are too frequently incorrect. The supremes are extremely small and the overpriced combos are almost always worthy of refunding. You probably won't get a receipt. They apparently count on the inconvenience of having to come back to correct an order. Today's order was a 4 count (only 3 in here) supremes combo that was 9.00 and had the wrong dipping sauce and drink. I don't have the time to go back, so I'll be skipping this location from now on.

I got a coffee from this location and when I took a sip I had bits of black plastic all over my tongue. It made me vomit in my car on my lap because I thought it was bug bits. Completely ruined my morning. Tried to call to warn the workers so they wouldn’t serve it to others, but no answer
