Noah's New York Bagels - Lafayette

It's a dirty restaurant. I have been here several times since 2018 and the service I received has always been disappointing. The employees have no working ethics, hygiene and professionalism. That's 2022. Why is there no indoor kitchen? I don't want to come back to these health hazards of a place anyway! I ordered a white bagel and a cold brew with light ice. It took 10 minutes for the bagel and 20 minutes for the cold brew. The employee with Dreads messed up my cold brew and had a childish demeanor. The dirt and the unprofessional nature of this place are unacceptable and remember a third country. See attached photos of their employees only area and you 'll see the Grimm building in the kitchen. Also the toilet in the bathroom did not rinse.

The children who work there must be trained in customer service. Only twice, and both times it was obvious that they have little respect for the guests; Border rude in the way they talk to people and simply carry themselves in general. A worker literally went right in front of me and almost ran into me as if I wasn't even there. No confirmation of the situation, then almost back into me. Most workers have no sense of ethic or even consciousness.

Wrong order again. It wasn't paid for extra ox. Not worth the money and oh, sorry answer from Noah 's.

Rude and respectful staff! No manners. Not helpful and unpleasant to treat!! Management must correct the behaviour of the personnel!

I work in the morning and your store is open early. I really like your coffee and variety of bagel sandwiches for breakfast. Your staff is also very friendly. Thank you so much!
