Bagel Me - Laguna Hills

This place needs help. I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes on a breakfast burrito. I’ve seen two groups walk in and walk out because of the lack of service and presentation.

Worst bagle shop in South Orange County! Never open on time. The last 5 times I have arrived when they are supposed to be open and I have had to wait for someone to arrive to open the shop. And the bagles I have come to purchase are never in stock! Don't waist your time!

Wow, not a great first experience at this location, and by the looks of the other 1-star reviews, I'm not alone. Customer service has gone down the crapper. My first time there yesterday, walked in, 3 adults (not kids) standing behind the counter chatting.....one actually broke away to take my order. I take a seat, and can see no one is starting my order, it's like I wasn't even there. So I watched them, went back up to the counter and gave the look, like HELLO......and then one snapped to it and toasted my bagel......yet no one has started my drink, they are still chatting, looking at their phones. I was the only customer in the store, btw......I went back up to the counter and looked at them and said, can I get my drink?... and they looked at me, like they'd never seen me before. She finally came back down to earth and said oh yes, sorry. I said, it's amazing you are all just standing around chatting, when a customer is waiting for their order. Trust me, if I could've fit my hand in that tip jar, I would have taken back MY tip, they deserved nothing. That was B.S. I would like to inform the manager, but it was probably one of them. They weren't even dressed like employees. I'm getting to the point where I hate eating out, and I used to love it.

Not the best bagel I’ve had… the cheese was too much and the bread was a little burnt! I was not expecting that!

Poor service. Bad coffee. Mediocre bagels. Not very clean. We definitely will not return
