Cafe Neff - Laguna Niguel

The food at Plumen Cafe is absolutely delicious! They offer a diverse menu of food and drinks for breakfast and lunch, all at reasonable prices. There’s plenty of outdoor seating available, and they provide many self-serve take-out boxes and spices. The restrooms are quite comfortable as well. I visited on a Friday around noon, and the line was manageable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great food!

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday at 10:30 AM. Upon arrival, you place your order, receive a number, and then find any available table. The line moved quite quickly! As for the food and prices, I tried the French Toast with Chocolate Lava for $11.50 and the Katsu Wafer for $12. Both options were very reasonably priced, especially considering the generous portions and deliciousness! I wished the waffle had been a bit crispier, but it was still enjoyable. Regarding service and ambiance, the staff was very attentive and friendly. The weather was just right for dining outdoors, and they also offer indoor seating. Will I return? Absolutely, if I'm in the area again!

My friend took me to this restaurant for breakfast as a birthday treat, and I couldn't be happier! The food was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I have a severe milk intolerance, so I asked if they could make my omelet and potatoes without any milk or butter. They were extremely accommodating and made sure everything was cooked in oil instead of margarine. The omelet was delicious and offered at a great price. I plan to return for breakfast soon! I arrived at 9 AM with no wait at all, but by the time I left at 10:30, there was a long line out the door! I highly recommend going early for the best service.

I had the Applewood 2 egg breakfast. Eggs cooked perfectly. The potatoes were crispy as desired. The best thing about the meal was still hot and not greasy. The other person had the protein shrimp omelet with garlic aoli. He also said it was amazing. We will come back soon to breakfast Burrito and the Avocado Toast

Great breakfast and lunch menu, diner style. Hawaiian inspired. Very good and fast. Neat location inside shopping center dedicated for homes interiors and design. Nice indoor and outdoors seating. Good prices as well.
