Had breakfast more than dinner and it was mediocre, nothing to get excited about. 3 of 4 breakfasts were 70% correct, with only one ever getting my order completely correct. I wanted to give high marks but it just wasn't there. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
I was super excited to have dinner here for my anniversary. Right on the beach, great view. But the staff were all super weird and oddly creepy. I did not feel welcome. Multiple times, our waiter would trail off in the middle of a sentence and then walk away without any explanation. He was super awkward and didn't have any customer service skills at all. Another waiter kept eyeballing us, and I wasn't sure why. When I said something to him he just ignored me and walked away. The food was great, but I would not go back after how the staff treated us. Super uncomfortable. Wheelchair accessibility: They were accommodating for the wheelchair, and moved our chair for us. Best location to see sunset and eat nice food and live music hula I'm coming here even when I don't stay this hotel. I love this location.
Good place to stop if you're staying at Aston Kaanapali Shores. My family went to breakfast and all the food was what you would expect. My wife and I enjoyed the bar area and the bartenders were super attentive. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Food reminds me of the 70s which is solid. Fresh fruit isn't fresh. Fish of the day is the best choice as are the mashed potatoes.
