On the route of the Skyliner is this quick service restaurant at the Riviera resort. The menu presents itself as somewhat Italian-centric, with other European options as well. I had the sausage and pepperoni pizza, which is great value for your money. We also split a to-go lasagna which was okay. The food also took a little longer than it should have to be ready. Primo Piatto is located right outside the recreational area next to a bocce court, to match the Italian theming. Solid!

Ordered the pesto chicken sandwich last year and loved it. This year, not so much. We ordered takeout and ate it at our hotel room. It was disgusting. They need to retrain the cook who made it. Disappointed. I’ll go elsewhere.

This is a great quick service location and features convenient mobile ordering. They offer a decent variety of food and the location is conveniently located in the middle of the resort. I would definitely recommend ordering food or snacks here when hanging around the resort or if looking to grab something to go.
