Since our son frequents the restaurant, the owner came over to chat with him and even asked if we were his parents. We confirmed, and the owner remarked that our son looked just like his dad—which is true! He was so warm and complimentary, saying our son is a great guy. We highly recommend this place. I want to address a common misconception: we Cajuns do enjoy Chinese food on Mondays! With that in mind, I strongly suggest you consider opening your restaurant on Mondays. If not, I might just have to open a competing Chinese restaurant next door, featuring better food at better prices and a team of wonderful Asian staff. That could put your business at risk!
